Try this alternate way to saving it to your computer.

1. Simply right-click on the "Reception Form 2008.pdf" link above.

(Right-clicking requires you to use your RIGHT mouse button).

2. A pop-up box will appear giving you some options (see picture below).

3. Choose "Save Target As..." in the pop-up box.

4. You may, then, save the Reception Form to your computer's "desktop" or to your My Documents folder.

5. Once saved, open the file using Adobe Reader.

6. Print a copy and begin the FUN!!!
