How far ahead should I schedule an event?

There's no real formula for scheduling; however, if you are looking to schedule a wedding (or an event during the summer/fall), SOONER is always BETTER.

We are currently scheduling weddings at least 6-12 months in advance with more coming in each month.

During the winter months, things are usually a little slower and 1-3 months notice is normally fine.

How much do you charge?

We do our best to stay reasonable in the entertainment market. Our current charges are:

  •  $300.00 fee for three hours.  $50.00/hour afterward.

  •  No charge for setup and tear-down times.

  •  School & youth functions receive an automatic $50.00       discount for three hour or more functions.

  •  We are more than happy to charge on a half-hour basis to   accommodate you as well.

  •  Benefits are based on individual need.  (We feel it is  important for those in need to receive their compensation  before we receive ours.)

Do you require a deposit?

We do ask for a deposit, but only for those groups that are hiring Top o' the Charts for the first time. For wedding receptions, most couples choose to send somewhere between $50.00 - $100.00. (This amount will then be applied to your final charge).

Former customers, in good standing, are not required to submit a deposit.

When is a good time to contact you?

Even I do not know the answer to that question!

The evening hours of 5:00-8:00 are usually your best bet.  Of course, e-mail can be done any time of the day or night.
